Our Technology

HeicToJpgFree uses modern WebAssembly (WASM) technology to run image conversion directly inside your browser at near-native speed. This means conversions are fast, secure, and completely offline — no servers involved.

Privacy Commitment

When you select files in our converter, the browser's File API reads them directly from your local disk into memory — the same way a native app would. No network request is ever made for your image data. You can verify this yourself by opening your browser's Network tab (DevTools → Network) and watching zero image traffic while converting.

We support the project through non-intrusive display advertising. Ad networks may set cookies for frequency capping — these never touch your files or personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
